Initial Consultation
I offer 60 minute initial consultation. We will discuss my initial diagnostic impression and ways in which I might be helpful. It is also an opportunity for you to decide if we are a good fit.
Psychotherapy
Follow-up appointments are 45 minutes in length. I use medications judiciously and can discuss medications with you at any time during your psychotherapy treatment.
